Dr. Iuon-Chang Lin was born on December 21, 1974 in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China (ROC.). He received the B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Tung Hai University, Taichung, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 1998; the M.S. in Information Management from Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan, in 2000. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Information Engineering in March 2004 from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan. From 2004 to 2005, he was an assistant professor of the Department of Information Management, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, Taiwan, ROC. He is currently an assistant professor of the Department of Management Information Systems, National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, ROC. His current research interests include, but not limited to, electronic commerce, information security, cryptography, neural networks, and electronic image processing.
