| 1. | These guidelines are established based on the “Regulations for Students Pursuing a Minor at National Chung Hsing University.” |
| 貳、 | 凡本校各學系(學位學程)學生於前一學年學業成績名次在該班學生人數前百分之三十以內，得申請本系為輔系。輔系名額以申請學年度本系招生名額百分之十為上限，第1學期申請輔系通過名額若額滿，第2學期則不再接受申請。 |
| 2. | Students from any department (degree program) of the university who rank within the top 30% in academic performance of their class in the previous academic year may apply to take a minor in this department. The quota for the minor program is limited to 10% of the department’s enrollment quota for the academic year of application. If the quota for the minor program is filled in the first semester, no applications will be accepted in the second semester. |
| 參、 | 學生申請本系為輔系，應自入學第二學年起，於本系規定期限內填具申請表並檢附歷年成績單及班級排名證明向本系提出申請，經本系相關會議審核通過並經主系、輔系雙方系主管簽章同意後，於當學期註冊日起二週內，送註冊組審核列冊。 |
| 3. | Students applying for a minor in this department should submit an application form, along with transcripts and class ranking certificates, within the time limit set by the department, starting from the second academic year. The application will be reviewed by the relevant departmental meetings and approved by both major and minor department heads. It must then be submitted to the Registration Office for approval and registration within two weeks of the start of the current semester’s registration date. |
| 肆、 | 輔系應修習之專業必修科目與學分數及其修習之先後次序，依核准修讀學年度之「國立中興大學資訊管理學系輔系選修科目學分表」規定辦理。選修輔系專業必修科目，至少應修習二十七學分，並不得包括其主系應修習之相同科目在內。 |
| 4. | Required professional courses and credits for the minor program, along with their sequence, shall be handled in accordance with the “Credit Table of Elective Subjects for the Minor Program in the Department of Management Information Systems, National Chung Hsing University” for the approved academic year. A minimum of 27 credits is required for the compulsory courses in the minor, and they must not include any courses that overlap with the student’s major requirements. |
| 伍、 | 其他未盡事宜，依「國立中興大學學生修讀輔系辦法」規定或依本系課程委員會議之決議辦理。 |
| 5. | Any other matters not addressed herein shall be handled in accordance with the “National Chung Hsing University Regulations on Pursuing a Minor Program “ or as decided by the department’s curriculum committee. |
| 陸、 | 本要點經系務會議通過後公告實施，修正時亦同。輔系選修科目學分表課程異動需經系、院、校等三級課程委員會審議通過後送課務組公佈實施，修正時亦同。 |
| 6. | These guidelines were announced and implemented following approval by the departmental meeting, and any future amendments will follow the same procedure. Any curriculum changes in the credit table for elective subjects in the minor program must be reviewed and approved by the curriculum committees at the departmental, college, and university levels before being submitted to the Curriculum Division for announcement and implementation, with the same process for future revisions. |
